All jewelry and art pieces are handmade from rescued vintage flatware. Because of the nature of the materials, each piece is unique and may show minor scratches, dings, or character marks from its previous life. We retain these marks intentionally. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received through PayPal or Square. Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or unavailability.
Custom work begins after we receive your materials (or photos for approval) and agree on the design and price. Custom orders are considered final once production starts. We will send progress photos when possible.
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout or provided in quotes. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
Flatware CreationSS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
