We want you to love your piece. Because every item is handmade from unique vintage materials, our refund policy is as follows:

Ready-Made Pieces

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description.
• Please email photos of the issue to flatwarecreationss@gmail.com within 7 days.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Heirloom Orders

Custom orders made from your silverware or to your specific request are non-refundable once production has begun. We will work with you on design approval before starting.

Damaged in Shipping

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Email flatwarecreationss@gmail.com with your order details, photos, and reason for the request. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Square) within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the claim.
